I would like to get a list of the thought leaders for XML in the
insurance industry, in particular XML ACORD. The priority would be IT
executives from insurance companies. These people would be active in
the standards process and/or have deployed insurance based XML
projects.

Jack,

Thank you for a challenging question. I’ve provided a list, below, of
the type of industry leaders I believe you are looking for, along with
a bit of annotation as to their involvement in XML development in the
insurance industry. Let me stress two things:

1. I don’t consider this question answered until you are satisfied
with the results...let me know, by posting a clarification, if you
need any additional information, or if I’ve missed the mark somehow on
what you are looking for.

2. I have provided some contact information, but as this was not an
explicit part of your request, I have not attempted to be
comprehensive. But let me know if this is something you want and if
so, what type of information you prefer, and I’ll do my best to track
it down for you.

Thank you.

The results are great - I'm sorry to not mention contact info. It
would be very helpful to have address, phone and email if it was
available - especially for the top list - Insurance Industry Leaders.

Thank you for your help - this is very helpful to us.

I'm glad you like the results. I'll get right on the contact
information, but it may take a while -- the general company contact
info is easy enough, but contacts for specific individuals take a lot
of hunting around (and aren't always available). Sometime this
weekend I'll post an updated list for you.

Cheers...
