I am trying to find out first and last names and the city of all the
deaths that occured between January 13, 2003 to January 18, 2003 in
Texas.  I am also trying to find the exact date of death and date of
the funerals.

I doubt that it's possible to list ALL deaths in the time frame you
indicated.  Would you be interested in a list of obituaries published
in Texas newspapers during this time?
