Cafe Ole is simply coffee topped with steamed milk.
iVillage has good directions for how to steam milk for coffee drinks
at:
http://www.ivillage.com/food/ckschl/bake/qas/0,11749,165775_13516,00.html
"When steaming milk for cappuccino, always use skim, which makes the
best froth. Krups makes a good frother. For it, you heat the milk on
the stove or in the microwave and pour it into the frother, which then
works just like a French coffee press. You move the press up and down
until the correct froth consistency is reached. I have one, and it
makes perfect foamy milk every time. They cost about $18.00, sometimes
less, and can be found in any specialty coffee shop and in major
department stores. Invest in one and you should never have a problem
again. "
