Many viruses victimize only those to whom the host knowingly sends an
otherwise legitimate email, or these viruses, through their own
prolific programming (unknowlingly to the host) send out periodic
infection attempts to those listed in the host computer's address book
or those whose addresses appear on stored emails from the past
(addressed either "TO" or "FROM" you).
One method of HELPING to stem the problem, especially if you already
know who the source of the viruses is, is to simply ask the host to
stop sending you even "legitimate" emails until his virus problem is
resolved, and above all, to remove you from ANY/ALL address books on
his computer immediaitely. As an extra precaution, he may also need to
clean out all emails to, or from you, that may be stored in his
computer's inbox, sent file, deleted file, temp storage, etc., until
he can clear his computer of the self-propagating viruses that are
tormenting you.
If you can tactfully get this message across to him and he responds
positively, you will likley note an immediate and dramatic decrease in
infectious attempts (from him, at least).
Alternatively, as a courtesy, most providers will agree block
potentially damaging emails from a person, or groups of persons, at
the server end to make sure you never receive any future incoming mail
from them.
Good luck;
