I had difficulty finding Mr. Kartis on the Internet with the exception
of several photo credits. I was able to find him in the white pages
for Virginia Beach, as you mentioned and called him for you.
Unfortunately, Google Answers researchers are not permitted to post
information on private individuals, so I can not post his address and
phone for you.

He does not have a website nor a business name or listing, however, in
