I am trying to get my Nvidia Quatro4 900 XL using WinXP dirver version
41.09 to run in horizontal span mode with a total resultation of
3840x2400x32 to support an IBM 221 monitor.

I've been able to get this card into the correct mode when using
previous versions of the driver by adding to desired mode to
compressed modes section of the INF file, as described in the
documentation. This does not seem to work with the latest version and
everything seem to have been changed around (except, of course, the
documentation).

How can I add this mode using the new driver version?
