I would like to know which Hospitals, Medical and industrial
facilities have Laserscope 532/KTP or similar laser systems that are
not in use and would like to have them removed from their facility.
This include both units that they would like to have removed as well
as units that they are selling. I have found in the past places that
are just looking to get rid of these as long as it doesn't cost them
anything. This is what I am looking for. I do not want to buy a new
one and prefer not to pay for one at all.
The units do not have to be functional, but I do want to know their
operational condition (ie functional or not). I want contact
information for whom I need to talk to about these units as well as
the model of the unit. They can be located anywhere in the
continental US, but preferably the SE region.
Also, I offer an additional $100 (via tips) if your lead gets me a
functional laserscope KTP/532 without having to purchase the unit. |

Yours may be the first question here where the asker and the subject
are pretty much one and the same!
I have some queries out to folks that I hope will get you the
information you need. In the mean time, I am unlocking the question
so that perhaps other Google researchers can provide an answer more

Nope, nothing yet. I suspect there are folks out there who know (or
at least have some leads and could find out) but for a number of
reasons, they're inclined to keep the info to themselves. I'll keep
looking though.

Actually, I shouldn't say nothing's turned up. There are surplus
units out there for sale, but they have pretty substantial price tags
-- in excess of $10K. I didn't think that was what you're looking
for.

No, not looking to pay that on the surplus market. I have obtained
them before by just calling around, so I know they're out there. Just
have to talk to the right people at these facilities.
