Is anyone out there in EMS having problems with their 2033? We are
having stability and adjustment difficulties with ours. Also
encountering problems with leg drop when unloading the cot from the
ambulance.

So far, I've found no other complaints about this model; but this is a
question that may be difficult to answer in this type of forum, where
you're asking a researcher to find other EMS folks and their comments.
 You'd probably be better off asking on an EMS-related listserv or
newsgroup where the audience is already EMS targeted.  (Of course,
just because I don't readily find similar complaints doesn't mean they
don't exist).

Alternatively, have you spoken with the manufacturer?  Ferno has
customer service representatives that might be able to help:
