Approximately how many patent licensing professionals are there in the
U.S. with experience licensing U.S. patent technology to Taiwan? If
this approximate number cannot be readily determined or estimated with
any degree of certainty, an acceptable alternative would be
information regarding the approximate number of patent/technology
licensing contracts between U.S. and Taiwan firms on an annual basis
over the past several years. If neither of those questions can be
answered with any degree of certainty, similar information for any, or
all, of the four other members of the "five tigers," (Korea,
Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Malaysia) will be acceptable.

Note: I have already checked with the "Licencing Executives Society"
in the US and Europe (LES and LESI) with no clear results
