What are your lots of questions, specifically?

Regardless of what how we respond to your questions, please go to a
doctor as soon as possible. Researchers on Google Answers cannot
provide professional medical advice; a medical doctor can.

Hi shorty1-ga,

I am interested in answering your question, but I believe
that to answer it well, your question will require more time
and effort than the average amount of time and effort associated
with this price. Here is a link to guidelines about pricing
your question, http://answers.google.com/answers/pricing.html

If you both raise your price and also post a clarification here,
the system will notify me and I will take another look at your question.

Thanks,
Kevin, M.D.

Hello shorty1,
I would concur with the other opinions here. I suggest that you see a
physician to evaluate this.

Thanks,
Kevin, M.D.

No matter what kind of answers you get here, there is only one thing
you must know: an enlarging testis demands an exam, and soon.
Especially if there is no pain, a tumor is a strong possibility. It's
possible that the enlargment is not the testis itself, but is due to
fluid around it, called a hydrocoele. This is a harmless condition. No
amount of words on a page here can make the distinction. You MUST see
your doctor!!

I had a friend in your situation - it was the size of a grapefruit.
His doctor said come back in a few days, and we'll see if it is any
worse. It was. The doctor organized a specialist, which took several
days more. By the time my friend got to the hospital it was too late,
it had turned black and died, and it had to be removed. See a
specialist immediately.

By the way, my friend wrote about it for the Melbourne Age. Here's the
complete story:
