I'm looking for the following data:

1) the amount of annual revenue from 2000 through 2004 that is/will
made via content subscription sales at websites. By "content
subscription sales" I mean any content or media that users actually
pay money for--ranging from stock tips newsletters to dirty pictures.

2) Estimated annual revenue at ibill (and ccbill, if available).

The basic concept I'm getting at is "the end of free", and how
webmasters are now looking for ways to drive subscription revenue
rather than relying on advertising.
