Need a list of "all" judacia stores online and offline in the "US"!!!

A list of literally all Judaica stores in the US might be hard to
find; but a list of most might be available (though even that is
somewhat difficult, since lists of Judaica stores are often
international).  How many stores would be sufficient for an answer?

When searching in yellow pages you always have to select a State,
sometimes even a city, you can not select Nationwide. If most means
90%, that is ok. If international are included that is ok as well as
long as the country is specified.
