What are the names of the independent banks, over $1 billion in annual
revenue size, headquarterd in the states of California, Arizona,
Nevada, Denver, Washington and Oregon?

Just to make certain: you want banks sized by REVENUES above $1
billion, not assets?  Do you also want S&Ls and credit unions?

If we are talking net income:

According to FDIC data

Washington Mutual Bank, FA - 2,580,775,000

Wells Fargo Bank, National Association - 1,914,000,000

Both in California.
