Why can't open a word pad attachment on my outlook express? I was able
to before about a month or two ago. Now I get an "error" message when
trying. It says "Word Pad caused an invalid page fault in module
MSWRD832.CNV at 0167:0140f6d5

Thanks for your question. The problem you are running into is that
WordPad is only compatible with Rich Text Format (*.rtf),Word Document
(*.doc) - Word (6.0 format only), Text Document (*.txt) and Windows
Write (*.wri) documents.  While the attachment may say it is one of
those documents, it may not actually be.  It cannot open documents
that have been created and formatted in Word 2000.  You will need to
save the document on your hard drive and open it with MS Word.  If you
do not have MS Word, you can download the MS Word Viewer at
http://office.microsoft.com/downloads/2000/wd97vwr32.aspx

Everything works now but this MS Word 97/2000 dosen't seem to allow me
to edit, cut, delete and add my own font etc... like my other Word Pad
veiwer did. Thank you very much for your answer though. I went to a
lot just to try to figure this out.
