Oops. That last one is just HGH with no IGF, although they offer one
with IGF included for double the price.

My first inkling is that GH and IGF-I (insulin-like growth factor-I)
are not
absorbed sublingually.  GH and IGF-I are proteins, GH is around (~200
amino acids) 20,000 daltons and IGF (70 amino acids) ~ 7000 daltons
(an amino acid ~ 100 daltons).

Smaller growth hormone secretagogues like GHRP6 or arginine are
probably more bioavailable than oral GH.

Also intense exercise, sprinting, and sleep increase GH.  Stretching
and eccentric contractions invoke the release of local IGF.
