highest ranking official in the US  (and only in the US) at the

I have found the name of the CEO for the company that imports,
markets, and sells the Mini Cooper.  I have also found the number for
the customer relations department of that company.  The only other
thing I can think to do would be to call that number to find out how
the CEO can be contacted; but I assume you can do that as well as I
can.

Would this information be sufficient for an answer?
