Hi evangeorge-ga, I couldn't find a certain answer for your question, but, since most drugs considered "natural" usually have that description prominently attached to them in Internet discussion forums, it's probably a safe bet that alverine citrate is not considered "natural". It is, interestingly, debated whether AC works any better than a placebo.
