scores for questions in an employee survey ie.

I am satisfied with my employment with this organisation. 65%
Management is good at communicating the company mission, vision and

Are you interested in seeing results from previous employee polls? Are
you looking for software, perhaps, that would assist you in creating a
survey of your own? Are you opposed to paying a third party a fee for
access to the information or software? If not, what are your
expectations/financial limitations for these?

I am looking for results of employee surveys. I am not interested in
software to create a survey of my own. I would be prepared to pay a
third party a fee for benchmarking results.

Regards

Gary

Here is some additional contact information for NBRII (source #2 up
above) and their response to my inquiry:

"Yes, we do sell employee benchmarking ("normative") data. We would
need to see the survey questions you want to benchmark in order to
determine if we have data on the exact questions, and we need to know
the scale (Strongly Agree, Agree, etc.) and the point value given to
each one (SA=5, A=4, etc.) Then we could give you pricing
information. If you would like to email or fax the questions to me,
please do so. My information is below. I'll look forward to hearing
from you."
