Where can we find buyers for an old Savin 9400D copier? We know the
Wholesalers will give us around $150.00, but we want to find an end
user who can pay a bit more for a slightly older machine.

The most pragmatic approach to selling your copier is to list it on
classified ad and auction sites.

In addition, great place to find buyers for all sorts of items is via
USENET newsgroup discussion boards. They're accessible at
groups.google.com, and are worldwide. You may want to post a message
with the topic of "FS: Savin 9400D copier" [FS stands for "for sale"]
in a group like misc.forsale.computers.printers. Best of all, they're
free. Also, classified papers such as The Want Ad Digest at
http://www.wantaddigest.com is a good place to list your item. Bona
Fide Classified site at http://www.bonafideclassified.com/info/why.asp
is a means of posting your ad in newspapers across the country.

Here is a list of classified and auction sites. Some will require a
fee for listing.

They may be able to direct you to someone who's willing to buy your
copier. They also buy copiers themselves.

If it's in good shape, that's a nice machine. It ought to bring more
than $150. What about e-bay?
