Hi sugarsdad: To reinstate the Address Bar (that is the toolbar near the top of the window that lists the current web address you are at and allows you to type a new address as well), do the following: * Click on the "View" menu. * Click on the "Toolbars" menu item. * [You should, at this time, notice that the "Address Bar" choice does NOT have a check-mark beside it.] * Click on "Address Bar" choice. This should bring your address bar back up. An alternate way of doing the same thing can be found at: Use the Address Bar to Launch Programs or Web Pages http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/expertzone/tips/may/schnoll2.asp Thanks! websearcher-ga Search Strategy: "address bar" ://www.google.ca/search?q=%22address+bar%22+&ie=ISO-8859-1&hl=en&meta= |
