Hello kbd304,

Thank you for your question.

Searching ["access XP" +report +inches ] I came across the following:

Welcome To The Access Unlimited Newsletter - Edition 28

"INCHES OR CENTIMETRES

Have you ever wondered why some PC's show Access reports dimensions in
inches and others show exactly the same report dimensions in metric
(cm's). You can change this using the regional settings in the windows
control panel. Open the numbers Tab and see the choices in measurement
system. "

I trust this will help you change your settings. If this fails to work
for you, please post a request for clarification and I will happy to
search a bit further.

Regards,
