Advertising Rising Inc is in Suite #202 of 1315 23rd Avenue.

I can verify that the business is in Suite #202 because I live near
this address  and I personally ventured down there a few minutes ago.
Oddly enough, there's a old plaque outside indicating that "Evergreen
Chiropractic" is in #202, but just beyond the glass entry door,
there's a directory indicating that Advertising Rising currently
occupies #202.

That should have read: "... there's an old plaque..."

This was the closest that I was able to get, but I doubt that this is
the company you are looking for.
