I am looking to buy 14 new, used or refurbished cell phones for Sprint
PCS service.  One model I am particularly interested in is the Samsung
A460.

Please recommend on-line sources where I can buy 14 discounted cell
phones for Sprint PCS service. I have already checked Sprint's website
and ebay and are looking for alternative sources.

Sprint offers the phone for $99.99.  I would be looking for a lower
price for that.  Perhaps $75 for new phones and $50 for
refurbished/used phones.

Second criteria would be the need for 14 phones (or at least a large
group).
