I am sorry you are not pleased with my answer and I want you to know
that I spent considerable time in my research.  It may be that there
has been litigation but it seems to have not been been posted on the
Internet, at least not in a public source that I could uncover.  I
hope you will understand and return when you have other research
needs.  I, too, have contacted the GA Editors to remove my answer
because I want you to be pleased with my time and results.

The street address for Alta Building Systems was known to me. 
More importantly I know that Mr. Ebaugh and/or Alta Building Systems,
Inc. or Mr. Ebaugh doing business as Alta Building Systems has been
involved in more than one litigation.
I wanted specifics without identifying myself and I wanted to know if
there were other suits as well.
Since the researcher did not uncover the lawsuits of which I am aware,
I must provide this researcher with a very negative rating.
Needless to say, this result is not acceptable.
I request a refund of the fee paid.

I thought you were a bit harsh on the researcher who I know usually
goes all out to satisfy a customer  and seems to exhaust all avenues
before posting a response for the fee offered. He did so again on this
occasion as far as I can see and you only asked for info that was
available on law suits and litigation which he cleared provided the
conduit for by way of the links and names of   court officials.  You
could have given the researcher some more room to manouvre by way of
clarifications etc before simply allotting one star.
 Still I suppose  one star is better than what I would have given you
if it was at all possible to rate questioners.

I suggest you contact a Private Detective if you want nothing but dirt
on people or their business partners.  Clearly this is why google
answers does not support the kind of question you asked.  You were not
clear enough in your question and unnecessarily harsh to your
researcher.  It is my opinion that you should not be given a refund
nor allowed to post questions in the future since you obviously don't
wish to pay for them.
