Hello millerdog, The following website implies yes: glass duralex 4" (10 cm) oven proof http://www.eds-hire.com.au/party.htm This website: http://www.bormiolirocco.net/prod_duralex3-eng.html claims Duralex cookware to be hot and cold resistant Duralex is made from TEMPERED GLASS "Ovenproof glass (Duralex, Pyrex)" The page warns though that: "Ovenproof glass may crack at extreme temperature changes. It must be used with a diffuser on the stovetop." http://www.allbaking.net/ch/2000/july/essentialkitchen1.html Finally, I phoned my mother (the best chef I know) and she said that Duralex can be used in the oven. Please let me know if you need any clarifications and I will do my best to further assist you. tisme-ga Search Strategy: duralex oven ://www.google.com/search?q=duralex+oven duralex ://www.google.com/search?q=duralex |
