Actually, I doubt that this is the right person.  He writes for a
publication in New York, so I assume that he lives in New York, or at
least somewhere in the United States.

Should I still post an answer, or would you prefer the search to
continue?  (I presume the latter.)

This may be the man that writes for a NY publication even though he
lives outside of the U.S. A way for the researcher to check would be
to contact the NY publication and ask if their writer lives in the
U.S. or not and what his approx. age is.  Thanks
