I found no reference through Google, but a search of a newspaper
database shows that it was Todd White, a Virginia defensive tackle on
the Cavaliers' 33-28 ‘shock victory’ over Florida State: "I think this
is the ultimate, except for the day I was born." Reported in The San
Francisco Examiner, November 3, 1995, Friday; Second Edition, and
corroborated in The Toronto Sun, November 19, 1995, and The San
Francisco Chronicle November 10, 1995.
