How can I check my email using Outlook in my netscape.net account. What settings in the new account do I place. I can access my other (Yahoo) accounts but for Netscape I have to go to Netscape.net then click on webmail then write name and password. I therefore can't use that account to contact others when I am not logged into Netscape. |

Hi dentoman, I poked around in all of the settings for Netscape.net email accounts, including all of the help files, and it does not appear that Netscape.net offers POP access (which is what you need to check that account with your regular e-mail client). I'm sorry I couldn't provide you with a positive answer. --Missy |

Hi Dentoman: You might want to look at this page: Internet Tips: Get All Your E-Mail in One Fell Swoop http://www.pcworld.com/resource/printable/article/0,aid,73845,00.asp Scroll down to "There's Always a Catch" which mentions ENetBotMail, software that permits you to get AOL (therefore presumably netscape.net) mail via Outlook Express. Good luck, Alanna-ga |
