"ccpayonline.com" is the Web address of "Career Club Online Payments
Ltd.". That is, to say the least, a rather dubious company.
On their website, they nowhere mention their street address, only the
somewhat misty note: "This site is owned by company registered in
Latvia." Since Riga is the capital of the Baltic country Latvia, the
mention of Riga in your credit card statement surely refers to the
place of registration.
But, and that arouses suspicion: Career Club Online Payments Ltd. does
not show up anywhere in the Latvian phone directories I searched. The
registration in Latvia might well be nothing but a way to escape
strict legal control. It is not impossible that the Riga company
consists of nothing but a bank account.
I performed a search for the owner of the Web address
"ccpayonline.com". It is a company not located in Riga or anywhere
else in Latvia, but in the United States:

I have no doubt that this is the "real" company behind "Career Club".
But they are also very shady: Neither do they appear in any business
directories I consulted, nor is the phone number publically listed.
Also, I did not find it mentioned anywhere else. Not even their
company name "Career Club" is protected as a US trademark or under
Federal Copyright by them.
On their website, "Career Club" has an e-mail address:
support@ccpayonline.com
However, in case they are a fraud company, it is possible that they
simply decline all attempts of establishing contact with them.
