Here’s your list of 60 Asian premium/subscription services. It was
very hard to find the subscriber numbers on most of them. The
registration/fee information is also missing from a few. This is a
reflection on the rather awful layout and design of some of these
pages. I simply gave up on trying to find the information when it got
too frustrating. I also found lots of sites that were all in Chinese
that would clearly have met your criteria based on their description
in a directory or news article. I didn't include any of these. I also
ran into information about a sizable online game industry in Korea,
but again, these were all in Korean, so they're not on the list.
I grouped the sites I found under the country headings but some of
them have multiple locations and could have been included in several
country lists. By the end I was getting bleary eyed so I might also
have stuck a few of them under the wrong country heading. I hope the
