Hi Peggy,

I copied and pasted the url as you gave it and it opened fine. I tried
it in both IE6 and Mozilla.
Here is an excerpt from the home page:

That opened for me too.

I couldn't get either the original URL or the alternate one supplied
by Rainbow-ga to work either; I'd get a "server not found" error
message.  Then I tried the same URL a couple minutes later and it
worked.  So I'd suggest you keep on trying and hope for the best.
