My grandfather recently heard about some citizens in southern towns
(possibly in Alabama or Georgia) who are hearing mysterious religious
music in their homes at night.  He saw the story on television
sometime during the past week.  He probably would have been watching
some type of news show, but I can't be certain about this.  The show
aired in northern Indiana.  Any information about this would be
appreciated.  I am especially looking for links to news stories.

Sounds creepy!  I found a reference to a similar occurence happening
in Mississippi in the mid 1850s -

perhaps that will be a good starting point for a researcher to take a
crack at it.
