We're looking for a private investor who would wish to hold a small
share in a good small uk business which is growing and which has
survived through the hi-tech bubble bursting with funding repaid over
a period of 2 - 5 years with a better interest rate than a current
bank would offer on a deposit account and secured (as a second charge)
on a residential property. Any ideas?
