What capital cities of the world have residential property that
matches the following criteria:

1. Cheap to buy (under USD75,000 for a "typical" home)
2. High rental yields (over 7%)

I only know one which is Budapest. A decent flat of 100 square metres
will cost around 70,000 dollars and rental yields are 8-12 %.

Thank you

James
