How can I find the Highest Feedback Rating a member has on Ebay? I

I have searched through various software offerings and found nothing
that sifts through the feedback ratings to rank them from highest to
lowest. I have, however, found sites for UK Ebay and US Ebay that
shows the members with the highest rankings.
Would you be interested in these sites?
I have found a lot of Ebay-specific and auction management software,
but they do not track the highest ranking feedback. All I have found
that tracks the highest ranking feedback is available through
non-software means.
Let me know what you think. If you are interested in descriptions of
the other ebay software, I can provide that also.

Dear umiat-ga,
Thanks for the information you found. But I found the
sites you are talking about before I posted my question but when I
looked at the dates of these materials one was posted in July and the
other one was posted in November which both are far dates back. Plus I
searched the name of onecentcd@aol.com and they have a feedback rating
of 4 only so I don't know what are they talking about "the highest
feedback rating on ebay"?
I know the softwares you are talking about but they
don't serve my purpose. Unless if you found one that can serve my
purpose then I will take that as an answer?

Hello, livin_it_up-ga!
Since I had already compiled this before I got your clarification, I
will post it and see if it meets your needs. I am still not sure, from
your clarification, if you needed software that sifts out the highest
rated member at any point in time, or just software that ranks the
individual in a comprehensive manner.
Therefore, this probably is not going to help much, but in case I
don't fully understand what you are looking for, go ahead and see if
this is helpful
I can interpret you first question in two different ways, and I am
not sure which one is the most accurate!

As far as I can tell, there is no software that sifts through all
the Ebay users and ranks them from highest to lowest rating. I have
looked through all of the Ebay and auction-related software relevant
to feedback ratings, and have not found any that accomplish that
particular task.
There are two sites I have found that have recorded the Ebay sellers
with the highest rankings.

I knew about the hammer tap program you mentioned before

I've wondered about that question myself; mainly to see what kind of
business those power sellers do.
I can tell you some of the extreme sellers (over 20000, over 30000 and
over 40000 positive feedbacks) but I cannot guarantee that the user I
list will be the highest rated member. What I can provide is ways to
find some very high rated shooting star members. If that is good
enough for your purpose (perhaps trying to see what they do and get an
idea for yourself), then please let me know.
