When I hit "reply to all" in MS Outlook, is there any way I can make it NOT include my email address as one of the people to reply to? | |

Is your Outlook a Client of an Exchange Server? If so, your email account may be a part of a Distribution group that the reply was sent to. |

bhanulak, The reason for this is more than likely because you have multiple accounts set up in Outlook. When you do a reply-all and Outlook attempts to filter out your email address, it appears to only look at your *default* account for your address, which is not necessarily the account through which you received the mail. I see this all the time myself, and am constantly irritated by it. You can test this by simply setting your default account to the one you received the email on, and do the reply-all. Your email vanishes. Of course now, if you do a reply-all on your *other* account, then your email will show up there. Don't worry about the $2. |
