Instructions needed for re-registration of cordless 'phone handset to
it's base unit. Just that, don't need full operating instructions, a
very short answer detailing the keypresses required will suffice.

Phone is a UK model, being used in UK:

British Telecom

BT Freestyle 90
Item code 871279

BABT Approval label has digits 504222

S/N (serial number ??) 9829107752

Just wondering if any UK researchers maybe have a manual for one of
these, I think they're fairly common in the UK.

I've had a brief search on Ggl web and groups, nothing found so far.
Not tried any other search engines.

BTW, If you *do* have a full manual as supplied with the 'phone, and
if it contains absolutely no information at all relating to
re-registering the handset with the base, that would be fine as the
answer (although hopefully there would be something there :0)

Okay, found the manual, Thanks very much Owain. Shame I can't give you
stars. I'll close the question in an hour, but if a researcher was on
the point of posting an answer, go for it.

Many BT user guides can be downloaded from

http://www.bt.com/userguides/

allow the page to redirect through and select Freestyle 90 from the
"A-Z of Products". This will then download an Adobe PDF file.

I haven't downloaded this actual file so can't tell you whether it
contains the information you require.

Search strategy: google groups uk.telecom BT manual and the third
thread had a link to bt.com/userguides
