i am looking for a source of the following knitting pattern/kit:

it was widely advertised (at least in 1993) in various knitting
magazines.  it was a kit for something called "Cables From Hell" and
it was from Kapp Kitts.

the address of the business where you would send $5.00 for a catalogue

Although i have this old information, i dont really know what to do
with it to try to get a hold of this pattern or kit.

Can someone help me track down the old owner of Kapp Kitts and or the
designer of the pattern "cables from hell" so that i can try to
purchase it?
