Preferably for Secret901-ga since he was so helpful before... this
time I'm looking for an audio file (Mp3) from Bush's State of the
union address. The quote I'm looking for is almost at the end of the
speech... in writing it's the fourth paragraph from the end... all I
need is "It would take one vial, one canister, one crate slipped into
this country to bring a day of horror like none we have ever known."
Thanks, Jim

Hello biovent,
Thanks for giving me an opportunity to answer your question again.
Here is the audio file you requested:
http://www.ics.uci.edu/~dhnguyen/Bush-Speech.mp3

Please let me know if you need to make changes to it.

Search strategy:
downloaded the file from http://www.whitehouse.gov, converted the file
into AVI, then extracted the audio track, then converted it into MP3
with WinLAME.

Fast, accurate, great bit rate... and done!... great job... it did
download in mpga format, I had to re-save as mp3...but seems to work
fine, thanks....
