I'd like to find the phone# as well as the web site (if they have one)
for an Italian jewelry manufacturer that goes by the name of "MiLor" -
they deal mostly with sterling jewelry & either 14k or 18k gold. It
may also be "Mi Lor" - I'm really not sure. I also dont know if they
have offices in the US.
Please ask me if you have any questions or need to see some samples of
the jewelry.

After a preliminary search, I have not yet found "Milor" but I have
located a "Migliore". Just want to clarify that this isn't the one you
are looking for.

I finally managed to locate the Italian jewelry company "Milor".

The database of the United States Patent and Trademark Office lists
the trademark "Milor" (for  Gold and Silver Chains, Necklaces,
Bracelets, Rings, Brooches and Pendants) as owned by:

Milor s.r.l.
Piazza De Angeli 1
Milano (= Mailan)
Italy 20146

The address seems - as some research revealed - not to be uo-to-date
anymore, but the entry at the Trademark Office is still valid. So the
company obviously still exists; and now I knew the city where it is
most likely located and the company's full name.

I performed another search, this time using the whois-database of the
Italian web address administration, searchin hit or miss for
"milor.it", and a database with business contact information. The
results from both sources match. This is the current address of Milor
s.r.l:

confirmed and rendered more precisely concerning the street name.
According to the entry there, this is contact information for Milor in
