Try Half.com. Although you occasionally will have to pay up to 10 or
11 dollars for a new release, there are usually plenty of unopened
copies available for less than that.

Some examples of cheap new releases (all of these appear on Columbia
House's Top 100 list):

<a href=http://half.ebay.com/cat/buy/prod.cgi?cpid=1076269130&domain_id=1877&meta_id=3>American
Pie 2, $9.00</a>
<a href=http://half.ebay.com/cat/buy/prod.cgi?cpid=1053087187&domain_id=1877&meta_id=3>Big
Momma's House, $7.00</a>
<a href=http://half.ebay.com/cat/buy/prod.cgi?cpid=1112979111&domain_id=1877&meta_id=3>Spider-Man,
$7.14</a>
<a href=http://half.ebay.com/cat/buy/prod.cgi?cpid=1065181634&domain_id=1877&meta_id=3>The
Mummy Returns, $5.99</a>
<a href=http://half.ebay.com/cat/buy/prod.cgi?cpid=4947078&domain_id=1877&meta_id=3>Gladiator,
$6.25</a>

You can expect to pay about $2.50 shipping on top of these prices. Of
course, if you don't mind buying a once-viewed copy which is no longer
in its shrink wrap, you'll pay even less.

Hi,

I haven't been able to locate anything that has new movies with the
range of selections that Columbia House offers and cheaper prices.

Hope someone else can come up with something. It would be a great
shopping resource!

Great question...

Dear bcguide-ga,
Thanks for your clarifications but as I said in my
question "I still think Columbia House is a cheapest place to buy New
Releases VHS Movies" but if you have another answer than Wal-Mart then
let me know please?

Best Regards,

It would depend on the movie you are looking for but I would try a
search on http://www.froogle.com
for the following:
vhs your_movie_title
