There were at 6 attempts made to send us a fax today in our office,
but the line kept getting disconnected before whatever was being faxed
could be printed out. We know our fax, which is on a dedicated line,
is working fine since we successfully received and sent many faxes
today. The number that showed up on the fax LCD was 12123980681.
Since this may concern work (we are a service company), we would like
a name and possibly an address for the firm who attempted to send us a
fax. Can you help us?

Not only did robertskelton-ga find the mysterious firm we were looking
for, he also explained how to do such things on our own whenever
similar problems arise.

All you had to do was enter the phone number into Google (with dashes,
but without the 1-) and the company's name comes right up. That
information is free, and should not have cost you to find out. Most
company's these days have websites, or have been mentioned on the web.
If so, then their number and/or addresses can be pulled up on any good
search engine like Google.
