Hi minermbel-ga,

Thank you for your question.

How many grams of Carbohydrates are there in a 1.5 ounce serving of
Dry Vermouth?

According to the chart “Alcohol Content and Calories of Common
spirits”:

3 ounces of dry vermouth = 4 grams of carbohydrates.

There would be 2 grams of carbohydrates in a 1.5 ounce serving of dry
vermouth.
