I was employed by a company that went into administration. A Phoenix
company was created because the creditors of the first company allowed
the creation of the Phoenix company because the directors bought the
entitlements of the staff including superannuation/leave entitlements
etc. I left the newly created Phoenix company and have not been paid
my Superannuation entitlements and need to find out what my right are.

In what country do you reside?

Also, by "Phoenix company," would I be correct in assuming that you
mean "a business that has been sold as a going concern to another
company or to its managers/directors soon after (and in some cases
before) its failure" [

?

I reside in Sydney, Australia. Yes, the Phoenix company was a business
that was sold as a going concern to directors soon after its failure".
The old company was called Atlantis Relocations and the new company
was called Atlantis = Pty. Ltd. We were advised that the new company
had purchased the leave entitlements and superannuation entitlements
of the staff who carried over to the new company. I carried over to
the new company and left approximately 3 months later. No
superannuation has been paid to my account, however, I did receive a
Superannuation Guarantee Voucher for a small portion of what was owed
to me from the Administrator. I believe that this voucher has been
incorrectly issued and that I should be entitled to my full
entitlements from Atlantis = Pty. Ltd. If it is that I am entitled,
then I need to find out how to proceed to recover this entitlement
