xoxoemily, I'm glad to be able to provide what you need! Since you've said that this is the information you want, I am re-posting it as an official answer in order to close out your question. "Estelle" You can always recognize it Like you recognize the faith Once you've got it you won't lose it And it doesn't run away You can push it from your mind Never give it any time Say it isn't what I need But it's like holding back the sea Love comes in and fills up everywhere Love comes in and fills up everywhere It's a mystic transformation From the darkness to the light It's as sudden as the morning Gotta keep an end in sight Where there's sadness in the moon There will be hope and light again, and soon Love comes in and fills up everywhere Love comes in and fills up everywhere It fills up everywhere You can push it from your mind Never give it any time Say it isn't what I need But it's like holding back the sea Love comes in and fills up everywhere Love comes in and fills up everywhere And it fills up, and it fills up everywhere Love comes in and fills up everywhere Love comes in and fills up everywhere In case you'd like to know more about "A Man Called Adam," here are a few interesting links: Skansen: A Man Called Adam http://www.vevmesteren.org/skansen/html2k2/artist_detail_template.cfm?DJID=761 Discog: A Man Called Adam http://www.discogs.com/artist/A_Man_Called_Adam Coda Agency: A Man Called Adam http://www.codaagency.com/amanadam.html DotMusic: A Man Called Adam http://www.dotmusic.com/interviews/September2002/interviews26540.asp My Google search strategy: "a man called adam" ://www.google.com/search?hl=en&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&q=%22man+called+adam Thanks for asking a question that gave me a reason to listen to this delightful song again! I've transcribed this as best I can, but I cannot make out the dialogue in the background between a man and a little girl, which is repeated numerous times during the song. It sounds as if the man may be asking the little girl what her name is, and she responds "Estelle." I can't tell what language the man is speaking. Here are the lyrics as I understand them: "Estelle" You can always recognize it Like you recognize the faith Once you've got it you won't lose it And it doesn't run away You can push it from your mind Never give it any time Say it isn't what I need But it's like holding back the sea Love comes in and fills up everywhere Love comes in and fills up everywhere It's a mystic transformation From the darkness to the light It's as sudden as the morning Gotta keep an end in sight Where there's sadness in the moon There will be hope and light again, and soon Love comes in and fills up everywhere Love comes in and fills up everywhere It fills up everywhere You can push it from your mind Never give it any time Say it isn't what I need But it's like holding back the sea Love comes in and fills up everywhere Love comes in and fills up everywhere And it fills up, and it fills up everywhere Love comes in and fills up everywhere Love comes in and fills up everywhere |
