I HAVE A NEW HP SCANNER 5500C....AFTER SCANNING IT DOES NOT GO TO BE
SAVEDIN THE DEFAULT HP SOFTWARE..ONLINE WITH SUPPORT FOR 1 HOUR..NEW
SOFTWARE..DID INSTALL AND UNINSTALL ..IT SEEMS TO BE A DLL  PROBLEM
AFTER THE SCANNED PIC TO GO TO.DOES ANYONE KNOW ABOUT THIS AND HOW TO
FIX IT?
