Hi anonymous777-ga. Would sample skin and hair supplement products be
the basis for the recommended dose part of your question? Just let me
know. :)

Plus would just an enumeration of such vitamis be ok or do you still
need to discuss each and every vitamin. Like for example I found a
particular product for hair vitamins and lists its ingredients as:

Each Tablet Contains
Ingredients:
Niacin 35 mg
Folate (as folic acid) 400 mcg Vitamin B-12 (as Cyanocobalamin) 1 mcg
Biotin 300 mcg
Pantothenic acid (as o- Calcium Pantothenate) 100 mg
Calcium (as dicalcium phosphate) .5 mg
Iodine (as potassium iodide) 150 mcg
Zinc (as zinc gluconate) 15 mg
Copper (as copper gluconate) 2 mg
Manganese (as manganese gluconate) 1 mg
L-Cysteine 100 mg
Choline Citrate 125 mg
Inositol 125 mg
PABA 30 mg

Would links to products like these be ok? And would this be accepted
as a legitimate answer?

Thanks!

In one of my earlier research works, it was mentioned by different
articles that taking multivitamins are recommended than taking one
vitamin at a time.
