Hello, I'm looking for information about insurance companies that have a flexible approach (and history) of writing innovative insurance policies, particularly for insuring company infrastructure - damage to and loss of machinery, movable equipment (such as laptops etc.) and buildings. I am also looking for such innovative approaches to innkeepers/hoteliers insurance. Information about how these policy/policies differed from those existing on the market is alo appreciated. Please note that I am not looking for such information on health/auto/life insurance policies. |

Dear skt1479-ga, Could you help us understand a bit better what you mean by "innovative?" Conventional business policies cover infrastructure, and there are established programs for innkeepers/hoteliers. Do you have particular concerns that you want to address? Is it a question of style (you are looking for a forward-looking company)? Or, do you have concerns about particular risks that you think may not be covered in "conventional" policies? Insurance can cover just about any risk that man (or woman) can articulate - for a price! |

Hello Again: I am more interested in (forward-looking) companies that have a history of noticing shortcomings in existing insurance policies (at that particular time) and being among the first to come out with radically new policies to address the same. More specifically, there are certain risks/markets that conventional insurance policies do not cover and your fact based opinion about those companies that are open to considering these risks/markets (in the first place) and their likelihood of writing a customized policy to suit our needs - is sought for and is highly appreciated. Best Regards. |
