Should not-for-profit hospitals be excluded from collective
bargaining?    
Should nurses be allowed to strike?
Does going out on strike amount to abandonment of clients?
what other options besides unionizing are available for
labor-management conflict resolution?

Your questions call for an opinionated answer, which most researchers
avoid like the plague. Perhaps you should reword your question and
invite a researcher to adopt either a pro or con stance to the issues
before responding.

If you are looking for BOTH pro and con positions on each of your
questions, this should probably be indicated up front so the
researcher will know in advance what your expectations are.
