i mean in jop training (some big companies gives some places to train
individuals on job insaid the company like he work for them for 3 or 4
months(some bay for u and some take from u )if u have a bacholar
degree . to give u experience . in Europe or asia. i alrady have B.A
finance and work at alahli bank of kuwait. but im looking forward to
work in investment company.

Do you want to be a Financial Planner, Analyst,
Clerk, Stockbroker?

For some of these, you will need to go to college
then get a job.  For others, they will train you, 
and many will expect that you got your degree
in the past.  I am sure there are 'pay-for' services,
but these above may be an easier/cheaper route.
